When we worked with the brush makers to craft the Pocket Beard brush (with stiff bristles) mustache brush we wanted to keep with our tradition of quality and natural feel. The brush isn’t lacquered but oiled. The bristles are all boar bristles. Boar bristles are the stiffest natural bristles one can use, the irregular cut of the bristles is designed to penetrate through the beard and reach the skin below.
